5-Week Yamas and Niyamas Book Study

Join us starting Sunday, January 8th for Into the Heart of Winter Satsang where we complement body or posture practice with focused mind study. We will read, reflect, and share as a small group on the first two limbs of Yoga, the Yamas + Niyamas. We also share Winter wellness tips from the wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, and invite in the warmth of our shared connection during the coldest Winter months.
We’ll meet online on Sundays at 9am central for 5 weeks. This series is apporachable for all levels. Beginners develop foundational knowledge and skills, and advanced practitioners deepen and refine their practice. More information.

Meet your facilitators. Ali and Anna are both graduates of Yoga North’s International SomaYoga Institute 1000 hour Yoga Therapy program in Duluth, MN. They are passionate about practicing Yoga and sharing the practice with their communities.
